James Langlo ~ Bio

james_langlo.jpgJames Langlo

President

James Langlo, born and raised in Santa Barbara grew up through the ages of WWII and the following Cold War Era. He valued the experience of farm and ranch life and yet cherished the progressive spirit and determination that sprang forth in many directions from his enriched foundations of natural values. Among those interests were automotive and motorcycle industries and dragster racing, in addition ocean and surf passions later enriched and influenced his life and choices. Transcending these interest and activities were a strong sense of commitment and dedication to create and sustain family values. He aspired to live a life of learning based on the fundamental vocation of finding and achieving happiness. This is the principle he continues to practice and teach his children and future generations.

If there is a basic question to ask such as what is the most important thing in life his answer is to love, to be loved, and to be happy. Maintaining and remaining dedicated to be committed to any goal or purpose in life is a continual struggle. Through the struggles it is necessary to transform and shift our thoughts and beliefs regarding the higher purpose of those goals and intentions. James Langlo lives his life constantly needing to confront obstacles that challenged his former ideals of family values and the commitments it entails. Nevertheless he continued the battle to fight the never ending duty to teach his children well. Finding the significance in creation of life is simultaneously evident, as is sustaining a life in the experience of our journeys in the process of exploration and discovery.

By continually being aware of the abilities and unknown capacity of humanity and spirituality we become able to aid ourselves and each other to live and celebrate the joy of peace that is constant and eternal. Based on the answer to love and to be loved as well as to be happy, is the cornerstone, the mission and principle of which the Universal Peace Organization is founded, with the words:

Give and receive love in abundance,
it is the strength of mankind,
the only true power of our existence.

Written by his daughter Tatzia Langlo, Founder of the Universal Peace organization.
